MOA 2010-BLG-477L b

Krzywa jasności zjawiska MOA 2010-BLG-477.
Różne kolory to wyniki różnych obserwacji.
Nie myliłem się - w poprzednim artykule pisałem o nadciągającym ogłoszeniu planety odkrytej poprzez mikrosoczewkowanie. Nie jestem oczywiście żadnym medium, a jedynie osobą często przeglądającą najnowsze publikacje.

MOA 2010-BLG-477L b to już 16 planeta odkryta tą metodą. Zdarzenie mikrosoczewkowania, na podstawie którego możliwa była detekcja tego obiektu, miało miejsce w sierpniu 2010 roku. Widzicie więc, że proces analizy takich zjawisk zajmuje sporo czasu. Należy więc uzbroić się w cierpliwość jeśli chodzi o rezultaty badań zjawiska sugerującego egzoksiężyc samotnej planety.

Co do nowo odkrytej egzoplanety to jest ona gazowym olbrzymem o masie 1,5 Mj, okrążającym swoją gwiazdę macierzystą w odległości 2 AU. To wszystko.. zaledwie te dwie wartości udało się uzyskać z analizy zdarzenia MOA 2010-BLG-477L. Ponadto są one obarczone sporymi błędami.
